• Everyone does not have to do everything together. Say there are 50 family members. That is a lot of people. It would be more beneficial for everyone to do whatever they want, with two or three whole group activities planned throughout the week.
• Get a photo of the whole group. You’re not together often. Kids grow, and so do adults. Photos of the whole group will provide superb souvenirs of the weekend. Make sure you give a color scheme. Everyone doesn’t have to match, but it will be beneficial for everyone to wear similar colors. Red, grey, and blue, for example are classy and not distracting colors that most of you probably already have in your closets.
