A Family Reunion for All Ages in Florida

Children

They will certainly enjoy the swimming in the private pool or playing bean bag toss at the nearby beach. They might enjoy shelling with adults at nearby Sanibel Island. There is also a board game area for some quite inside play time.

Teens

There is a “teen” room available that includes 6 bunk beds, and Xbox and PlayStation with games included. There are plenty of high energy activities for your teens to participate in also, from swimming at the private pool or nearby beach to kayaking or stand up paddle boarding. There is also a professional tennis court and an outdoor ping-pong table.

There will be ample time for grandparents to spend with the rest of the family, and also plenty of their own space for rest and relaxation.

Adults

The adults in your family will likely enjoy many of the same activities as the children and teens, but if you need some “adults only” time, there are activities just for you also. Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock watching the sunrise. There is golfing at several courses on Sanibel Island including The Sanctuary Golf Club. If you enjoy fishing, there are fishing captains that will pick you up directly from the dock. Be sure to purchase a Florida fishing license. There are also sailing lessons available at the Offshore Sailing School.

The Wisdom of the Family

Hopefully the grandparents are joining you. If they need space and quiet to themselves, there is a 2 bedroom guesthouse available that includes a full kitchen. They can get ample time with the grandkids and still be able to get the rest and relaxation they deserve.
